Hey everyone,
I just thought it would be interesting to hear your thoughts on what the outcomes might be at Wrestlemania 22.
Torrie Wilson vs. Candice Michelle: Who cares? If I had to pick a winner, I say Candice will go over to keep the feud of "who is the best playmate" alive.
Boogie Man vs. Booker T. & Sharmell: Booker will probably walk out with his hand raised on this one. Boogie will try to put some worms into Sharmell's mouth and Booker will hit him with a crutch or chair or something. Then again, Boogie might win on a DQ. Who knows? Actually, it's another "who cares?"
Trish Stratus vs. Mickie James: Well, since they just recently "turned" Mickie, I don't see her winning this one YET. They will probably keep the feud going a little longer.
Kane/Big Show vs. Carlito/Masters: This is a tough one. All four guys are MUCH better in singles competition and are definitely ready for their breakout roles/angles. They'll probably switch the belts to give the heavy-hitters more competition.
Undertaker vs. Mark Henry: Taker wins. Hands down. Taker may eventually choose to end his undefeated WM streak but he's NOT going to do the job to a buffoon like Henry.
Chris Benoit vs. JBL: Have they even hyped this match? I mean come on! JBL wins because he whines.
MITB Ladder Match (Flair, Benjamin, RVD, Matt Hardy, Lashley, Finlay): In my opinion, I see Flair winning this. Details at the main event.
Edge vs. Mick Foley: While I love and respect Mick "I Need a Payday" Foley, I see Edge walking (or being stretchered) out the winner.
McMahon vs. Michaels: Well, here it is. I am almost certain that Michaels will win. The question is...how? I would LOVE to see Bret come out and "screw" McMahon. Do I think it will happen? Ehhh...don't know. I know what you're thinking-if Bret IS going to play a role, why not throw a curve and have him "screw" Michaels. Good question, however, if Bret screws Michaels, it leaves fans questioning and wanting more. But, if he screws McMahon the fans will say "oh, ok...he got him back for what he did." Then they'll drop it. Bret doing a one-time interference is possible, but a long-term story line is pretty much out of the question.
John Cena vs. HHH: I cannot take credit for this idea but it is good. Dave thinks that HHH wins and Flair chooses to cash in his MITB win and takes the title from HHH. Thus, beginning his farewell tour.
Angle vs. Orton vs. Mysterio: Let me start off by saying what is NOT going to happen. Mysterio is NOT going to win. As much as I like him, there is no way they can legitimately keep the belt on him for any length of time. That said, I would like to see Angle carry it for a little longer, but I think it's time for Randy Orton to carry the torch. Hopefully this time he carries it longer than his first time. Of course, he doesn't have HHH wanting the gold back. He's also a GREAT heel, and that counts for a lot of points.
What are your predictions?
